Daily Mail Reveals Welsh Actor Dino Fetscher is a Former Mr. Gay UK Crowned by Jane McDonald

The Daily Mail recently uncovered an interesting fact about Welsh actor Dino Fetscher, known for his role as cop sidekick Marty in Michelle Keegan's Netflix thriller Fool Me Once. It turns out that Dino is a former Mr. Gay UK, having been crowned by none other than Jane McDonald, an English singer and television presenter. 

Back in 2008, when he was just 19 years old, Dino participated in the beauty contest for fun and wowed the judges with a backflip on stage, all while sporting a Welsh rugby kit.

After winning the title, Dino, who is now 35 years old, went on to have a successful career in acting. The Mail reports that his prize package included a cash prize, a photoshoot in Morocco, a holiday in the Canary Islands, and an endorsement deal with Red Army aftershave. 

There's even a picture of him proudly holding the Mr. Gay UK trophy, wearing nothing but a skimpy pair of red underpants and a black sash draped over his shoulder.

He was joined in the photo by fellow judges Luke Marsden from Big Brother 9, Bex Shiner, and the fabulous Jane McDonald, who was dazzling in a sparkling pink dress.

In the aftermath of his victory, Dino revealed that his female admirers often struggle to believe that he is gay. He shared with The Daily Mail, "Women don't believe I'm gay. They'll come up to me and say, 'You're lying, you can't be gay,' and I tell them, 'No, really, I am' – I find it really funny." As for being crowned Mr. Gay UK, Dino doesn't take it too seriously. He humorously added, "I don't go around screaming, 'Don't you know who I am?'"

While Dino has never publicly discussed his love life, it is rumored that he is currently single.
